Description of product source: Amazon
- Your skin will be noticeably brighter and softer within days
- Boost collagen with this anti-wrinkle serum
- Powerful moisturizer and hydration
- Formula includes E, Hyaluronic Acid and Ferulic Acid
Why it works?
Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Ferulic acid are all powerful antioxidants. Studies have shown that combination formulations of Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Ferulic acid are more effective than formulations of the antioxidants alone.
Combination of Vitamin E and Vitamin C increased the action of Vitamin C by( x) four.
Combination of Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Ferulic acid increased the action of Vitamin C by (x) eight.
Vitamin C helps to regenerate vitamin E so they work well together. They all have photoprotective characteristics so protect your skin from sun damage and free radicals.
The photoprotective characteristics of the antioxidants are increased when they are given in a formulation containing all the antioxidants in one formulation. Addition of the ferulic acid will also increase the availability and stability of the formulation.
The Serum also contains hyaluronic acid a humectant. It plays a role in hydrating the skin and increasing the elasticity of the skin. Vitamin C inhibits hyaluronidase an enzyme which breaks down hyaluronic acid. So they also work well together.
