It always excites me when makeup products double up as skin care products. The latest trend is makeup-up primers containing salicylic acid.
Salicylic acid is commonly used to treat skin conditions such as acne and hyperpigmentation. These primers can contain up to 2% salicylic acid. They are essentially working as a skin care products and priming your makeup.
If you have acne prone skin or hyperpigmentation this might just be the right makeup primer for you. Remember to wear sunscreen. If you are allergic to aspirin you should avoid these products
